Baptist College of Theology is an academic institution providing theological education and professional training for God-called men and women to help meet the need for effective leadership in the work of churches, schools, denominations and other relevant areas of the society. The College offers curricular in the areas of theology and religious education. These programmes of study are designed to offer a comprehensive theological education of high quality for the development of Christian leaders, including lay leaders, and to provide specialized training in professional skills demanded by the various church-related ministries in Africa.

The College is affiliated with the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary (NBTS) Ogbomoso, and Ambrose Alli University (AAU) Ekpoma.
